an okay stay
clean room great breakfast helpful staff small room crowded waterpark bad smell
the room was clean. the breakfast was great, and i loved the cafe. staff were friendly and helpful .
My room was small. I didn't even want to stay in it. the aquaventure water park was overly crowded. Queues were over 2 hours long.

beautiful room great layout waterpark access nice perk
the staff was always on hand to assist. the rooms are beautiful with a great layout. the waterpark access. i found the imperial club access was a nice perk (especially the happy hour).
i found that the hotel seemed a little understaffed at times. i expected a faster response when i needed assistance.

i found the staff friendly and helpful. the check-in process was smooth. the team offered great assistance, especially with directions within the large complex.

plenty towels prompt staff water park
the room was cleaned daily and stocked with plenty of towels. the staff addressed all my requests promptly.. the water park access was a definite plus. i found i could easily spend a whole day enjoying the slides and pools without leaving the premises.
i thought the wait times for elevators could be long during peak hours.

housekeeping provided turndown service each evening and restocked amenities. i had no issues with the efficiency of the front desk.

the fitness center has treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. the pool area includes a large main pool and a separate kids' pool. aquaventure waterpark is easily accessible and offered many attractions.

the hotel is on a major thoroughfare, providing easy access to nearby attractions. taxi service is readily available directly outside the hotel entrance. the location provides nice views of surrounding areas.
